In the early morning of July 23, 2022, Elli Golnik of Chilliwack, went Home to be with her Lord and Saviour. She will be lovingly remembered as a hardworking and hospitable woman who dearly loved her family and the Lord. Leaving to mourn her passing are her two sons: Don (Sigi) and Reiny (Margita) as well as 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She leaves behind her sister Dina Engelbrecht and brother Ed (Helen) Peter, sister-in-law Edelgard Mutschmann as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Elli was predeceased by husband Alfred and great grandson Luke Golnik as well as brothers Eduard and Gustav
Mutschmann.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Aug. 5, at 11:00 am at the Chilliwack Church of God, 45814 Lewis Ave. Interment at Chilliwack Cemeteries, Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
