John is lovingly remembered by his children, George and Sharon, John and Henriette, Jean and Peter Van Woudenberg, Rob and Connie, Hetty and William Tams, and Brian and Leslie; his grandchildren, Geoff and Rebecca, Kaylee, Kelvin, Ben, Kara, Dan and Rachel, Rachel and Steve, Amanda, Victoria, Brad and Anthea, Darren and Jaclyn, Jeremy and Jade, Matt, Chris, Aaron and Miranda, Holly and Jacob, Naomi and Calvin, Jonathan and Ardyn, Luther, Tyson and Lindsey, Leanne and Seth, Dayna, Abby, Brandon, Talia, Malachi, Titus, Reuben, Sarina; and great-grandchildren, Emberly, Janaya, Braxton, Kaladin, Gracelyn, and Elizabeth.
John is predeceased by his wife Grace on April 28, 2010.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 from 7:30 - 9:00 pm at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave. Chilliwack, BC.
Graveside Service will be Friday, March 6th at 9:00 am at Vedder View Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial Service will be Friday, March 6th at 10:00 am at Yarrow Canadian Reformed Church, 42285 Yarrow Central Rd, Chilliwack, BC.
Memorial donations may be made in John's name to the Manoah Manor, Langley, BC.
