She was born on May 28, 1951 in Shawville, Quebec.
Joan is survived by her sisters Darlene and Doreen; her brother Wayne; many nieces and nephews; her close friends Rita, Joanne, Jackie, Jason, and Sharon; and many other work friends.
Joan was predeceased by her husband, Leo Morin; her brothers, Hubert and Leslie; and her sisters, Donna and Zelma.
Joan will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
