It is with sadness that I have learned of Johns passing I boarded my horse with him in the eighties and he was just an amazing man He happily shared his wealth of love and knowledge for horses ( despite me owning a thoroughbred at the time -haha) He was gentle and caring and I will always have a spot in my heart for him. Wishing you all love and fond memories of a life well lived

Dear Family of John,
My heartfelt condolences to you all.
I remember John so fondly as a very loyal customer of mine at the Buckerfields store on Cheam Avenue in Chilliwack. He loved to tell me about his horses and it was such a pleasure to spend a few minutes with him when he came to buy his horse feed .
He was a true gentleman and always looked so smart in his perfectly pressed blue jeans .
A few years ago he gave me a CD of him and some of his friends singing and playing beautiful Traditional Country music.
Thank you John for the great memories.
