With broken hearts we announce the passing of John Rooney
beloved husband of Irene and adoring father of Susan, Michelle
and Anthony (Tony), Grandfather of Nathan, Shayla, Alexander
and Nicholas.
John was born in Rawalpindi, India, left Naini Tal in 1947 and
met Irene in England, married in 1955, immigrated to Canada
in 1957 and raised their family in Richmond, B.C. John spent
his retirement years in Columbia Valley, B.C. where he enjoyed
the peace and tranquility of his home.
Our family give thanks to all who have graciously offered their
prayers and support through our time of grief.
