Kenneth Murphy passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 20th at Chilliwack, BC at the age of 73. Ken Murphy of Berwyn, AB settled in Chilliwack in 1987 with his wife Gwen. Ken was a former member and President of the Lions Club and senior Hockey Coach in Sparwood, BC. He loved woodworking and computer tech and these were his passions. Ken is sorely missed by all.
Kenneth Albert Murphy is lovingly remembered by his wife Gwendolyn of 54 years; children Darryl (Connie, Shawn (Rachelle) and Christina; grandchildren Carmen, Andrew, Michael, Brandon, Tyler, Dylan, Matthew and Liam; great grandson Rylan; brother Dwaine and sister Dianne. He is predeceased by his daughter Darlene and parents Elton and Mary.
A gather of family and friends was held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Arrangements under the direction of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, Chilliwack, BC.
