Marcel Serge Pare passed away peacefully on December 26, 2017 in Chilliwack at the age of 71. Son of Georges Pare and Noella Belair, he was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. Marcel was a man of many talents: an entrepreneur and businessman; a composer and player of music; a craftsman and an artist. He had a creative mind and he was always thinking of new ideas. Marcel is lovingly remembered by his wife Simone, sister Lise Forcier (Auray), sister-in-law Alexandra (Bernie), brothers-in-law Bruno (Lisa) and Marcel (Venetia) and numerous nephews and a niece.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Clubhouse, Evergreens at Ensley, 45900 South Sumas Road, Chilliwack, BC. Memorial donations may be made in Marcel Pare's name to Pancreatic Cancer Research at the Canadian Cancer Society.
