Dear Uncle Irvin and cousins Carol, Angela, Brenda, Kenton, and families,
Aunt Tillie first endeared herself to me when I was a starving student attending RJC in Rosthern, Sask. She was like a mother to me when I needed one, being away from home for the first time in my life. Ever after, she was special to me and I will always have the fondest of memories of her. How could I not love someone so much like my own mother, her sister.

I have wonderful memories of Aunt Tillie. She was very kind and soft spoken. I have fond memories of family gatherings at her home on Chilliwack Mountain with all the different levels. What food there was to be enjoyed there!

Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about.
My sister's work ethic was intense, her example as a good wife and mother was precious, her hospitality was enviable.
Everyone in life including Tillie have their faults, but Tillie seldom dropped the ball, and hardly ever did she strike out.
I will miss you dear sister as will your dear family.
