After leaving the farm, Bob and Carole moved their family to Ryder Lake, and enjoyed life on their hobby farm for many years. Bob’s love and knowledge of farming and agriculture led to a career in the dairy industry, working for WestGen for more than 30 years.

He was a committed and active member in the Chilliwack Alliance Church, where he faithfully served in many different roles over the years. It was evident to all who encountered Bob that his faith in Jesus was of first and foremost importance in his life.

Bob is predeceased by his parents, Keith and Ethel Massie. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Memories of Bob will always bring back those years of school when he was always a kind and understanding person. We were fierce competition in our school work and he made Chadsey Elementary enjoyable.
God Bless your family.

I had the honor and priviledge of meeting Bob and his dear wife Carole in 2000 when I arrived in town from Prince Rupert.

From the time I met Bob, it was obvious to see and witness his true love for God. He lived this and he was always concerned about others and their welfare.

Bob lived out his life bravely. He will be missed. Heaven gained an angel. May he rest in peace with his Heavely Father.
