He passed away peacefully on October 8th, 2020 surrounded by his children in Chilliwack, British Columbia at the age of 69.
Robert was survived by his children, Tyler and Erin, and his grandchildren, Dominic and Daniel.
Retired from CP rail in 2012, he worked as a conductor and engineer for almost 30 years. Aside from his career, throughout life, Robert always had a project on the go and had a true passion for building. Hard working and imaginative, if he could think of it, he'd figure out how to build it and get the job done.
Having the biggest of hearts, he was truly a wonderful man who always put his family first. He wanted to see the people around him to do well. At a moments notice, he was always willing to lend a helping hand or share some advice. A good man that everyone around him could count on.
Honest and honourable, Robert was a hero to us all.
There will be a Catholic service and a Celebration of Life for close friends and family.
