Ruby Berniece Berniece MacKay Ruddick

RUBY BERNIECE RUDDICK (nee MacKay) passed away on March 17, 2016 at the age of 86 at Chilliwack General Hospital. She was born in Enderby, BC on March 14, 1930, and resided in Chilliwack for the past 14 years.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister and friend, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives with her presence.

Berniece is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Clayton "Duffy"; her children, Don (Denise), Lana (Christian Messier), Harold Ulbrich (Sherry), Tracy (Mike Grover), Martin Juettner (Carrol Mayo), Holly (Dean Pirozzini); 10 grandchildren, Patricia Ruddick, Christopher Ruddick (Lindsey Bollinger), Emilie Ruddick Messier (Nicholas Chapman), Mathieu, Jordan Ellis, Morris Fountain (Tomara Cheremkora), Chelsea-Marie Grover (Keith Gagne), Dustin Grover, Travis Pirozzini, Bryce Pirozzini, Nathaniel Mayo and 7 great-grandchildren, Jessica Ruddick, Colby Ruddick, Lilliene Ruddick, Lucas Ruddick, Olivia Fountain, Zoey Fountain, Emilie Ellis.

A private Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 26th. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Osteoporosis Canada.
