Suzin and I met at the Supernatural Convention in Vancouver in August 2009 and I had the honor to meet her at 2 others vacations in 2010 and 2016 flying in from Switzerland. These have been one of the best and most amazing times of my life! We always had such special times together which I will forever cherish in my heart! Later on we said that my mom (who passed in July 2009) and her grandma brought us together from heaven so my loss wouldn’t be that hard for me. She said that she would love to be my Canadian mom, and took that part which was so sweet of her! When I came back in September 2010 for another Convention, Suzin and her family were so kind for letting me stay at their house for a week and we did our great Supernatural location hunting. So much fun! In 2016 we finally met again and my fiancé Johannes met her and her lovely family as well. Suzin ordered a very special cake with the names Johannes and Ania on it and with the Canadian flag above and we pre- celebrated our wedding (1 year earlier actually). So very special moments, I had tears of joy.  We had a lovely sunny day at the pool with good food and laughter.  I´m very honored to have met her and her wonderful family which I feel so close to even though I´m so far away! Always my Canadian family!
Suzin is one of the most heartwarming, loving, generous, brave, bright, strong and witty souls I’ve ever met and it’s such an honor. She always called me her Swiss Miss and also counted me in her lovely family from the start and we counted each other as a family, later on my husband and our son Jonas which got born in June 2018 became “a new honorary Canadian” as she called him! It´s so sad the earth lost such a fabulous lady! Always missed but never forgotten! Even though I´m far, my heart feels this loss so strong. But heaven has gained a new angel and she will be always with us and especially with her family! My heart goes out to you and god bless you my wonderful family! Love from Ania & Johannes & Jonas

I remeber when Ethan  and I would hang out everyday and they were always like my second family, every year on ethans birthday because I couldn't eat cake they'd buy me ice cream! Susan was an amazing woman, she has such a beautiful soul, and a thought I hadn't seen ethan and mom and dad for years it's like we picked right back up were we left off, Susan had such a way with making you always feel safe and loved! Ethan and jeremy are so lucky to call her mom! May you rest In paradise susan 💜 sending all my love and prayers💜

What a beautiful soul Susan was. She loved to come to the local theatre productions my husband, daughter and I were a part of. She absolutely adored them and always had a smile on her face. The last show she came to would be our production of Music Man. She came to see it in her wheelchair and had a seat right in the front. When I looked out on the audience and saw her glowing smile I was so touched that she came to see it not feeling her best but she looked like she had the best time......Susan was incredibly good to our family specifically taking our daughter Tianna into her tribe as we have with her son Ethan. We will all miss that infectious smile and kind heart...

I would walk past her everyday after I finished work... one day she stops me and says.... I know you. I say probably i have worked here for years. Susan says no... I think our kids are dating . Then it clicked. I say oh Ethan's mom. We chat about our kids and every day till the day she went on leave, I would walk by and chat for a few minutes.  She always had great advice for me.  Helped me through some tough times with my daughter growing up. 

So many memories. Where do I begin? Out of all memories I have with Suzin, one of my favorites is when at the time her son Ethan and I were dating way back in middle school. Ethan invited me to playland with his parents. They were both gracious to drive us there. Had alot of fun just hanging out and being ourselves. Ill always think of you Suzin.

Laura Galbo I wish I could attend.. We had such great times at the Supernatural Cons.. When I suggested we go to the Empress Hotel for High Tea,I discovered it was located on an island. Suzin asked her hubby to drive us, he graciously consented. Suzin, Vanda and I  had such a lovely time.. And I know she loved the goodies from Samuel's Sweet Shop  in Rhinebeck, NY, the shop that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is part owner. She holds a special place in my heart.

Suzin was a kindhearted generous loving woman, a wonderful mother to her children and an amazing companion to her husband. I was blessed to meet her, and although we lived on opposite ends of the globe, Suzin was like family to me, always there with hug, or advice or just a friendly shoulder to cry on... and always for a giggle or two! 

Memories of  our adventures together will always be in my heart. Her kindness will always live inside me.
