Vivian Alce
Vivian was born in Mission, BC on August 16, 1919 and passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 25, 2013. She will be sadly missed by her son Don Colwell (Kerry), daughter Louise Bogunovic (John), sister Doris McTaggart, grandchildren Paul, Rory, Laura, Leah, John & Robert, several great grandchildren and was predeceased by husband Dave Harris. Mom loved skiing, golf, lawn & carpet bowling, dancing, gardening, camping, swimming, fishing, and animals of all kinds. She was an outgoing, gentle and thoughtful soul who suffered from dementia during her last years, but never forgot family and close friends. Her family celebrated Vivian’s life in a private gathering but wish to give heartfelt thanks to The Waverly Seniors Village for their excellent care over the past four months.
