Born in Cabarrus County on February 18, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Harry F. Mills, Sr. and Leona Philmon Mills.
She was a member of Mt. Hope Church and a homemaker.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Dennis Casper; daughter, Carol Heath and grandchildren, Justin Heath, Kelsey Propest, Grace Heath, Maci Campbell, Makenzi Campbell, Dennis Casper, Jr. and Amy Casper.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt. Hope Church, 7004 Old Concord Road, Salisbury, North Carolina, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Johnny Boggs officiating.
Barbara will be laid to rest in Mt. Hope Church Cemetery.
