Brad Alexander Durant

Brad Alexander Durant, age 49 of Salisbury passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at NOVANT Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury. Mr. Durant was born on August 27, 1970 in Rowan County to Carol Petrea Durant and the late Herbert Durant. Brad was educated in the Rowan County schools and was of the Church of God faith. He had been employed by W. A. Brown and Son of Salisbury and had worked for Durant Stone Company. Brad loved to go fishing, enjoyed playing baseball and playing video games.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory are his son, Tyler Jake Durant (fiance' Paije Kistler), his brothers, Eric Durant and Rodney Durant (Tammy). Also surviving him are his nieces, Kristin, Cortney and Brittany and nephews, Josh and Chris.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 6:00 - 7:00pm at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with Memorial Service to follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Brian McMasters officiating.
