David Lee Baxter

Born in Iredell County on September 17, 1955, he was the son of the late Jimmie Baxter and Lillie Mae Walters Baxter.

After graduating from high school and college, David worked and retired from Snyder Packaging in Concord, after 45 years of service. He was a Graphic Designer.

He was a member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years, Terry Slawson Baxter; son, Nicholas (Heather) Baxter; two granddaughters, Ave Baxter and Eevee Baxter and one brother, Daryl Baxter.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church.

The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Kay Overcash officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
