Born in Iredell County on December 18, 1959, he was the son of the late John Henry Mishak and Norris Reed Turnmire.
In addition to his parents, his sister, Sandy Corl, also preceded Denver in death.
Denver worked at Morgan’s Garage in Kannapolis as a mechanic and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Debbie Lynn Maness Mishak; sons, Jacob (Brooklyn) Smith of Kannapolis and Zachary Smith of China Grove; daughters, Cyndi Mishak-Hibbler of Dallas, NC, Christie (Nick) Reale of Concord, Katie (Tyler) Formanek of Lexington, Sabrina Mishak and Megan Mishak, both of the home.
One sister, Deborah Sawyer of Atlanta, GA and his grandchildren, Eric Jr., Katelyn, Devynn, Athens and Artemis, and his stepfather, Walter Turnmire, further survive Denver.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Northcrest Chapel of Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Jim Watford. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
