Mr. Gene Raydell "Dale" Jackson, 63 of Salisbury passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Novant Rowan Health Medical Center. Born on April 10, 1954 in Chesterfield S.C., he was the son of the late Eugene and Viola Jenkins Jackson. Mr. Jackson enjoyed racing, fishing and working on cars. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his step father Howard Holloway, and brothers Tony, Joe and Alfred Holloway. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons Brian Jackson and Brad Jackson and daughters Tara Jackson and Tina Jackson. Also surviving him is his best friend and mother of his children, Judy Miller, brother David Holloway and sister Diane Cornejo, as well as grandchildren, Heather Stanford, Kayla Wall, Krista Wall, Haley Jenkins and Jordan Jenkins, and great grandchildren Easton Cook and Cali Cook.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 noon til 2:00 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with funeral at 2:00 pm also at the funeral home with burial following at West Lawn Memorial Park.
