She was born on March 21, 1954 in Rowan County and was the daughter of the late Gernie Schenk and Nellie Leazer Schenk. Professionally, she was an accountant. In her spare time She enjoyed going shopping, baking and cooking and particularly enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
She was a member of Mt. Hope Church.
Those with cherished memories include her husband of 52 years, Donnie Robbins, daughter Regina Jarvis (Terry) sisters Jean Funderburk (Ray), Barbara Pierce, Priscilla McGuire and Robin Black (Sam)
Also surviving her are her grandchildren, Victoria Halpin and Joseph Halpin.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM with the Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Mt. Hope Church 7004 Mt.Hope Church Road. Salisbury, NC 28138.
