While I didn't know Jason, having served aboard the HAMNER, I feel a special kinship with a shipmate who has gone to serve with the GREAT Sea Lord. In keeping with Naval traditions, I say: "Fair Winds, and a Following Seas, SHIPMATE"!!
Love, Charles H. Stephanski, USS HAMNER, served 1958 to 1963.
