Joseph was a wonderful spirit who helped bring joy everywhere he went. He was passionate about dance and it was great to see him bring all his homemade deserts to the Russian festival. We had a busy and comical time at the bake table as he rushed around to help deliver treats while sliding in a compliment or listening intently to people that needed someone to hear them. He will truly be missed but it was nice to meet such a kind soul. My family is thinking of yours.

Becky, I did not know your son but as a mother of a son I can only imagine your deep hurt and loss. Words are not enough to help in this situation. All I know to do is to continue to lift you and your family up in prayer for comfort and healing and I will do just that.

I am not good at things like this, but I did not know Joseph like many people did. The last time I spoke to Joseph was back in my high school years. When we spoke he seemed very proper and knew what he was speaking. He was very interesting. I only hung out with him once in my past. Wish we could have had more. Just a few days ago I was actually wondering what had happened to him. Wondered if he went on with his dreams of ballet and dance. Then I got the news just yesterday from an old friend of his passing and my heart dropped. So young, talented... My thoughts and prayers are with the family of this young man. He will never be forgotten.

Joseph was a friend of mine since middle school. Although, we haven’t spoken in a few years, he was a good friend! He was so talented and I have always remembered him specifically for his love of ballet/dance. He truly had a niche for ballet. He was always smiling and positive. My condolences to his family and I’ll be keeping y’all in my prayers.

This doesn't seem real. Haven't seen him since high school, but he was an amazing person. So full of life and energy. Always cheered everyone around up. Could brighten any room with his smile. Rest in peace!

I remember when Joey would come to my home to visit and he would want to cook spaghetti. He put every spice in my cabinet in the sauce. It was always great tasting. My daughter and he were good friends and we were family friends. We would also hang out at church and on church functions. I will cherish my memories of him with love and laughter because he loved to make people laugh. I will miss you. God Bless to Joe, Becky and CJ.
