Lucille Henrickson Shue

Mrs. Lucile Henrickson Shue 95 of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday February 19, 2013 at Genesis Eldercare in Salisbury. Born on December 13, 1917 in Spartanburg Co. S.C. she was the daughter of the late Robert J. Henrickson and Lottie Ellen Beheler Henrickson. Educated in the Rowan County Schools, she was a longtime member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church. She retired from Rowan Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl David Shue on April 9, 2010. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Victor Dale Shue (Nancy) of Salisbury and Donna Teresa Lockhart (Edward) of Salisbury. brother, Chadwick Neil Henrickson of Kannapolis and sister Ruby Ellen Lemly of Virginia. She also had 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 til 2:00 at Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church with funeral at 2:00 also at the church with Rev. Joseph Tallent, minister. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Genesis Eldercare for their care and compassion for their loved one.
