Mr. Philip Austin Baity, 30 of Salisbury, passed away on Wednesday July 2, 2014 due to injuries from an automobile accident. Born on March 19, 1983 in Rowan County, he was the son of Carl Philip Baity and Karen Lane Allen. Educated in the Rowan County Schools, he worked for Salisbury Moving Co. He enjoyed sports and playing cornhole. Preceding him in death was his grandfather Boyd Baity. In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory is his daughter Kylie Mae Carter, his sisters Tiffany Wilhelm and Penney Baity. He was also survived by his paternal grandmother Delma Baity, and maternal grandparents, Dwight and Jane Sammons.
Visitation will be on Saturday July 5, 2014 from 11:00 til 12 noon at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove, with memorial service at 12 noon, also at the funeral home with Rev. Don Vess, minister. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.linnhoneycuttfuneralhome.com
