It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Seth Wyatt Cobb, who gained his angel wings on December 27, 2025, at the age of 30. Seth was a beloved resident of China Grove, North Carolina. He courageously battled Batten's Disease and has now won the ultimate battle, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy.
Seth was a ray of sunshine, adored by many. He had the biggest heart and always lit up the room with his silly personality and goofy smile. Loving him was one of the greatest blessings of our lives, and we are eternally grateful for the 30 years we had with him. We cherish every memory, every moment, and every bit of love shared with him.
Seth is survived by his mother, Pamela Cobb; brother, Christopher Cobb and his wife Madison; nephews, Cooper and Colden Cobb; grandfather, Donald Wyatt; uncle, Phil Wyatt and his wife Alicia; cousin, Justin Wyatt and his wife Alisha, along with their children Philp and Addison; and cousin, Brittany Rogers and her husband Adam, along with their children Landon and Lawson. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jane Wyatt, and great aunt, Ann Hoglen.
Visitation will be held on January 6, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home, located at 1420 North Main Street, China Grove, North Carolina. A funeral service will follow from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the same location. The graveside service will take place at 1:00 pm at West Lawn Memorial Park, 1350 South Main Street, China Grove, NC 28023.
