Sheila Cora Daniels

Sheila Cora Daniels, age 70, of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Sheila was born on November 7,1954 in Montpelier, Vermont and was the daughter of the late Kenneth Ernest Demingware, Sr. and Gloria Estelle Demingware of Moretown, Vermont.

She was a stay-at-home wife that was outspoken, bold, and brave. She loved all animals. She had a few cats and loved feeding the birds. She once even tried to befriend a bear. She was a down-to-earth person that liked to spend time outdoors fishing or going to different flea markets to collect different antiques and trinkets.She loved to sing and dance like no one was watching even though she was not very good at it.

Those left with cherished memories are her loving husband of over 44 years, Dennis Durant Daniels and her children, Dillon Daniels and Jessica Morgan (Jonathan).

Also surviving her is her brother, Kenneth Demingware (George) and her sisters, Johanne Gray (Marshall), Kathy Rogers, Sheila’s best friend from childhood, Elaine Isham. She is also survived by her grandchildren of which she loved very much, Elijah Morgan, Sofie Morgan, and Jett Morgan.

A celebration of life will be held on August 19, 2025, from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home. Also a Celebration of life will be held on October 19, 2025, from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm at the VFW Montpelier, VT.
