William Allen Everett

Allen Everett passed peacefully at his residence in China Grove, North Carolina after a brief illness. Allen, a follower of Jesus Christ, was a Christian who possessed an unwavering faith in his redeemer.

A friend to everyone he met, Allen, had a talent for cooking and enjoyed sharing his ability with family and friends. During his time in North Carolina, he prepared many wonderful meals which were enjoyed by many.

Earlier in life, Allen owned and operated Al’s Family Restaurant in Tampa, Florida prior to pursuing his dream in the airline industry. Allen worked for several years with the airlines, where he made life-long friends and traveled extensively.

Allen, a native of Poquoson, Virginia, was born July 10, 1963, a son to the late Buddy Everett and Jane Thomas Everett. He is survived by brothers Ray Everett of China Grove, North Carolina; Patrick Everett of Hampton, Virginia and one sister, Joanne Kite of Okeechobee, Florida.

The family will speak to friends Friday, October 24, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM in the Northcrest Chapel of the funeral home with burial following at Carolina Memorial Park.
