Zenna Kay Winecoff Brown

Zenna was born April 14, 1943 in Rowan County the daughter of the late Clinton Winecoff & Mildred Thelma Basinger Winecoff

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyle Benard Brown on May 17, 2026. She had been married to him 63 years and he was the love of her life.

She was a member of Grateful Heart Ministries of Granite Quarry and she will be remembered as a true servant of God, helping with the prison ministry and sharing the love of Christ to others. She was known as a “Prayer Warrior”for everyone she met.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 22 at Grateful Heart Ministries, 706 Dunns Mountain Road, Granite Quarry, NC from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM

The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Johnny Morgan officiating. Zenna will be privately laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.
