Angelina, lovingly known as Helen, was born on December 17,
1934 to Serapio Cota and Carmen Corrales in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was one of thirteen siblings and is survived by one sister.
She was married to Jesus Toledo, who preceded her in death in 2012.
Together, they raised six children: Jessie, Gilbert, Angel, Robert, and Michael. Her eldest son, Sergio, passed away in 1980.
Helen cherished time with friends and family and always had a warm meal ready for anyone who visited. She was known for her generous spirit and welcoming heart.
A true adventurer at heart, she had a deep love for travel and explored many corners of the world. She never hesitated to embark on a spontaneous trip - especially to her happy place,
the casinos.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Viewing and Funeral Services for Angelina
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 10:30 am - 11:00 am at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Catholic Church, located at 820 N. Garfield Ave., Montebello, CA 90640.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 Potrero Grande Dr., Rosemead, CA
