Carolyn Joan Fulton, 76, of Chino passed away December 15, 2013 at home. She was born January 18, 1937 in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Carolyn has been self employed at RCS Enterprises family business for over 40 years. She was also a member of the American Legion in Chino and the Chino United Methodist Church.
