Donald is survived by his spouse, Lisa Czarnocki; his daughter Rachel Hill; and his daughter Shelby Mathias.
Donald was preceded in death by his father Eugene Czarnocki and his mother Alice Czarnocki.
David leaves behind numerous family and friends to cherish his memory.
