Evelyn Saavedra Muraoka

Evelyn Saavedra Muraoka, 64, of Chino, passed away on June 14, 2017, in Upland, California. She was born April 27,1953, and raised in Los Angeles prior to moving to Chino in 1988. She was a banker for more than 20 years until her retirement in 1992. Evelyn became a full time mom to her four children, after the passing of her daughter Johnlyn in 1996, she remained strong dedicating her life to raising her surviving children. Being the amazing mom that she was, daily that's what she strove for. Evelyn found great joy in becoming a Grandma. Her children were most important to her and taking great care of them is what she lived for, never letting them down.

Evelyn leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Carmen Savedra; husband Rusty Muraoka; sons Curtis and Katsumi Muraoka; daughter Jessica-Marie Muraoka and grandson Jesse Amaral. She is also survived by her brother Gilbert Saavedra, nieces Lorraine Alcala, Jennifer Audry Zaragoza; nephews Vincent and Phillip Saavedra.
