Frank is survived by his mother Margaret Verdugo; his sister Helen Pineda.

A celebration of life for Frank will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 S. Central Ave., Chino, CA 91710.
