Jacob Miguel Heredia, age 4, of Rancho Cucamonga, California passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Jacob was born in Pomona, California to Juana Miramontes and Miguel Angel Heredia.

Jacob is survived by his mother Juana Miramontes and his father Miguel Angel Heredia.

A celebration of life for Jacob will be held Monday, January 15, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W G St., Ontario, CA 91762.
