Joy Diane Vane-Tempest Morales, 71, of Chino, passed away March 1, 2012 in Ontario, California. She was born May 31, 1940 in Mt Vernon, New York and lived in San Clemente, California prior to moving and living in Chino, California for 25 years. Joy Diane was a teacher for the Los Angeles Teachers Unified School District for 39 years. She is survived by her husband Albert F. Morales; daughters Nikki Morales, Stacey Beasley and Melinda Morales; son-in-law Donald Beasley; and grandchildren Charlie Bemowski and Rowan Beasley. Visitation hours will be 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2012 at Pierce Bros Griffith Mortuary in Chino. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Chino. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier. A gathering of family and friends will immediately follow services at the Morales residence.
