Our Heavenly Father has called home His precious Angel Ms. Lorraine Pluta. Lorraine was born on January 09, 1954, in Hazleton PA and passed peacefully at Loma Linda University Hospital @ 2:31 am on 10-21-2022. In 1990, Lorraine journeyed to Chino California to reside with her sister Rita and husband Randy Fellin to start a new life. Lorraine had two passions in life. Her first and foremost passion was to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as an alter girl at St. Margaret Mary Parish in Chino California. She served faithfully for many years. Her second passion was working for OPARC alongside others with similar disabilities. Lorraine has dedicated over 30 years with OPARC starting in 1990. We will all miss Lorraine’s passion for others and her awesome smile when greeting others. Lorraine was the daughter of Joseph and Grace (Ruffle) Pluta and is proceeded in death by both her parents and brother’s Joseph and Michael Pluta. She is survived by her sister, Rita Fellin with whom she resided, and her sister Margie, Frank Feola and sister in law Isabel Pluta in Hazleton PA. Lorraine is also survived by her nephews Joseph, Linda Fellin, Gary, Lawanda Fellin, Frank (Lynn) Feola, Joseph (Barbara) Pluta and Carmen Feola. She is also survived by Isabel Pluta, wife of Joe Pluta, nieces Francine (Dave) Bonnenberger, Leighann (Dave) Hartz, Lisa (George) Kuhn, Michele (James) Krippe and a host of other nephews and nieces, and Robert DeZoete a close friend of her since 1990. A memorial service is planned for November 17th, 2022, at Funeraria del Angel Chino 13002 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710) at 4pm to 7pm and Friday from 10am to 11am at Funeraria Del Angel Chino followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery 444 E Lexington Ave, Pomona, CA 91766.
