

Louis Antonio “Big Lou” Guaracha 84,a life long Chino resident passed away March 16, 2012 at home peacefully in his sleep. He was born June 2, 1927 in Azusa, CA. Louis was a painter at Norton Air Force Base from 1946 until he retired in 1983., During World War II between the year of 1945-1946 he served in the United States Marine Corp as a P.V.T. First class, he was also enlisted in the United States Army during 1947-1951 and he served as a CPL and was Honorably Discharged from both. He is survived by his son, Arthur D. Guaracha Sr. of San Diego, CA. Daughter and caregiver Erma Guaracha, son Danny L. Guaracha both from Chino. Brothers Ezekiel Guaracha of Pomona, Ca., Ismael Guaracha of Chino, CA 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary D. Guaracha in 2002. A visitation will be held, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 5-8p.m. with rosary at 7:00p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Pierce Bros. Griffith. A funeral service will be held, 11:30a.m. Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Pierce Brothers Griffith, Interment will follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:30p.m. in Riverside.
