With a compassionate spirit and a kind-hearted way of moving through the world, Maria offered care and steadiness to others in ways both quiet and profound. Maria was hard-working throughout her life, including eight years as a seamstress for a factory—work that reflected her diligence and commitment. Her devotion was also most evident at home, where she poured herself into the life she built and the people she loved.
