My sincerest condolences to Martin's children and all who loved him. I will continue to pray for the family. I met Marty in 1998 through mutual friends of his at Zendejas on Mountain Ave. We remained friends through the years mostly communicating aduring my visits to the restaurants. I was saddened to find out after having been away for 3 years that this horrible tragedy happened to such a humble & funny man. Legend.

I still find this unbelievable... I spoke to him in December, had my friend Dave's bday dinner in San Dimas. We were catching up, he was telling me about his business south of the border, and how well he was doing. A week later I hear the heartbreaking news on TV. I told myself IT CAN'T BE MARTY. No way!! I went online and read the news, and still it's hard to believe.

I pray for his family. God bless you and give you strength through this very difficult time.

Will always remember the many good times we had there in San Dimas. ♡
