She is survived by her son, Chad Cummings, and numerous family and friends to cherish her memory.
A Funeral Service will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 South Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710, on June 16, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Melanie will be laid to rest at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W G St, Ontario, CA 91762, on June 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
