Michael David Halterman

Michael David Halterman 61, passed away January 27, 2011 in Hemet, CA. Michael was born February 14, 1950 to Lorraine and Darrol in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. Michael was a resident of Hemet since 2008. He was employed as a Building Maintenance Technician for American Building Maintenance. Michael served in the United States Army from 1971-1975 He also served in the Vietnam War where he received several medals. His highest rank was Spec. PFC E-3. He was a free spirit and enjoyed his independence. Michael is survived by his loving mother Lorraine, brothers Terry and Ernest Halterman Children; Shelly Cox, Michele, Dorthy McDonald , Michael Halterman Jr. and Eric Halterman, Grandchildren; Crystal Stracenes, Cori O’marre, Brooke Valdez, Nichole and Kristine Mc Donald and Great Grandkids Madison and Jacob Valdez and Yesenia Vargas. A Memorial Service will take place at FDA Pierce Brothers Griffith, Friday, February 17, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place privately at Riverside National Cemetery at a later date.
