Our beloved Mother and Grandmother, Rachel Regalado, 88, passed away with family by her side on May 22, 2025. Rachel, a former resident of Chino, would often share her fond childhood memories of playing with her cousins and friends, and being a Brownie and a Girl Scout selling cookies. Rachel would also reminisce about strolling along downtown 6th Street to the movie theatre, malt shop, bakery and five and dime store with family and friends. Rachel attended Chino schools where she met her beloved husband of 56 years, Albert. Rachel had a special gift for nurturing deep, lasting relationships with those around her. She will always be remembered for having gatherings for special occasions, holidays and for hosting parties including Tupperware, Princess House and Christmas Around the World. Rachel would also always remember every birthday, anniversary, and important dates in her children’s, grandchildren’s, and friend’s lives, never failing to send a card or make a call. Rachel is predeceased by her beloved husband Albert and son-in-law Sam Caruso. Rachel is survived by her son Albert, Jr., daughters Eleanor Caruso and Sophia Beroa, son-in-law Enrique, daughter-in-law Kim, grandchildren Christie and Amanda, nieces, nephews, cousins, “comadres”, godchildren, and many friends.
