Pallbearers include Justin Goss, Daniel Moore, Ode Moore jr, Tracy Moore, Michael Moore II, Patrick Moore, Matt Moore, and Derek Goss. With Rick Goss leading and Russell Moore following.

Robert W. Goss was known to many as Bob or Bobby. He was presided in Death by his son Daniel Robert Goss in 1992 and both parents. He leaves behind his loving wife, Gloria L. Goss, his only daughter, Megan L. Goss, and his second son, Justin R. Goss, as well as brother Richard Goss, Sisters Teresa Reynolds and Christina Cook. Also many in-laws and countless other family and friends.

He was born to George W. Goss and Janet M. Herderhorst Goss on January 27th, 1960 in East St. Louis, Illinois. He moved to Pomona, California in 1966 with his family.

Throughout the years he had many hobbies including; darts, where he would sometimes hustle his opponent, fishing and metal detecting. He liked going into the desert to ride three wheelers and riding his motorcycle with Gloria, They had a lot of on-the-road adventures including riding in a field of butterflies, and through a herd of long horn cattle, chasing rabbits in the middle of the night and storm chasing stories. He also liked to collect guns and take them out to target practice, he was very knowledgeable with them and had amazing aim for someone who was blind in one eye. He never partook in playing football, but he loved to cheer on the Green Bay Packers, he never missed a game and he made many friends who enjoyed football as well. In 2010 Bobby and Justin were fortunate enough to see the Packers play against the Cardinals in Arizona, unfortunately Bob never made it to Lambo Field, the Packers home stadium, but this was one of his dreams. Another dream he had was to own a Harley Davidson motorcycle, this is a dream he was able to accomplish in 2017 when he purchased the most beautiful motorcycle that was his prized possession. He joined the Pomona Valley Hogs club shortly after and won 'Most Beautiful Bike of the Month' 3 months in a row.

For the majority of his career he was a carpenter nailing roofs on commercial buildings all over Southern California, He was the fastest nailer in his time, this is where he learned his precision in measuring and always believed in 'measure twice and cut once'. Once the economy collapsed in 2008 he became a handyman where he was considered a jack of all trades he was so very talented If he did a job, no matter what the project was, you could always count on it being extremely precise and something that would last a lifetime.

Bobby was the most wonderful person anyone could meet, he was so many things to so many people. He could be ornery to his siblings when he was younger, but he never meant any harm. He was also so funny and would always do his best to make someone laugh, he loved to joke more than anything. He loved to show his kids how to do things, his daughter loved to work projects with him and could convince him to help her with anything around the house, he always had the time for her. He loved to put things places they did not belong, then complain that he couldn't find it, such as tools or glasses. He had a talent for wrecking cars and a motorcycle, fortunately everything wrecked was fixable, and even both his wrists from a motorcycle accident were repairable. He loved to spend time with his many friends, He was excellent at making lifelong friends with the most random people only because he was so friendly and personable. If you ever needed anything at all he was there to help, he would drive any distance for anybody that asked him to, any time of any day.

The one thing in his life that he was so fortunate for, something many people never experience, is having his soulmate. Bobby met Gloria in 1977 when he came to her house with his friend, which was her step-brother, eventually he came over looking for her and not her brother. Once they were officially together, neither would have known they would be entwined lifelong partners. They had their ups and downs, but in the end they always found a way to work it out and be stronger together. They had countless adventures in their younger years even if they had 35 cents to their name, but they were so rich in love the rest would always fall in place for them.

In February 1991, they took on a new adventure of parenthood and starting a family together. Unfortunately their child, Daniel Robert Goss was destined to become an angel and passed away 1 year later from an incurable medical condition. In November 1992, they were fortunate again to have a daughter, Megan LeRae Goss. They were so happy to have a daughter they decided to have a second son in September of 1995, Justin Ryan Goss. We were always a very happy family.

This was our family of four for so many years, it is unbearable to even picture a family of three without him, we know he is watching us from heaven where he is with his parents and finally reunited with his first son, Baby Daniel. I know in my heart he will be our guardian angel and will always watch over us and keep us safe. He will comfort us when we have hard times by visiting us in our dreams and reassuring us he is happy where he is, even though we are broken down here without him.

We love you forever and our hearts will never repair without you, we will see you again in the clouds of Heaven

Love always and forever Gloria, Megan & Justin

To my Bobby, by the time I came along you and Gloria were already out of the house, so our young memories were few, but once we got older I'll never forgot the way you made me laugh and smile and the motorcycle ride you gave me. Thank you for always making me feel like family.
I will always love you, your sister Sue.

Here I am on my birthday to say how honored and privileged I was to call Bobbo my white dad. I met him on Sat Aug 30, 2014 which was my first year and day working the L.A. County Fair. I was waiting to be shown where we clock in and when Gloria, Bob and Justin walked up. Domingo asked Gloria to show me where to go. Of course she said "no problem" and off we all went. We actually hit it off right away and I believe I was adopted into the family that night. After getting off work my first night while walking to the gate they all stopped at the foot vibrating machine. Gloria and Bobbo said, "this has been a family tradition for years. We treat our feet to a massage before we have to walk up that steep hill to our cars". I was like ok cool. Afterwards I said " OMG my feet feel brand new". They both said "See told cha so". I was now a part of the years old Goss family tradition. Bobbo was Always there for me. He went with me to buy my motorcycle, then he helped me move it from Pomona to LA when I moved back home. I would stop by and see him and Gloria every now and then and sometimes we went to lunch. I'm not sure how he even remembered, but Bobbo always called me and wished me happy birthday. This is 1 of the last 2 pics we took at the Fair Sept 2019. Bobbo found his way into my heart without even trying, and there is where he will ALWAYS be. I LOVE and will miss you dearly BOBBO.

My Dear Bobby, we were so lucky our Moms were sisters. That's what made us so close. We grew you together for about the first 4 years of our lives. Grandpa Adele always said we were kissing cousins cause we were so little and just loved each other. I always remember loving you like no other we were so close. I love looking at pictures of us when we were little you in my dresses because our Moms said you made such a cute little girl. They used to take us out like that. Haha! Pictures of us kissing. Then when you moved to California I remember wanting my Bobby. It broke my heart. When our Moms would talk on the phone they would yell at us cause all we would say is I love and I miss you. Boy did we. When we got around 8 years old we would write to each other about how mad we were because you moved and we were gonna show our Moms and get married and be together and they couldn't separate us. Oh the good old days. I remember when you told me you me Gloria you were so happy and in love! Then Grandpa brought me out to see you I got to meet Gloria she was so sweet just like you said. We went for a ride while I was there I sat next to you and you had your arm around me we talked and laughed about when we were little and how stupid we were thinking we could get married. You had met Gloria and I had met my first husband and we were so happy and so happy for each other. I always loved the way you said I love you Cindy in the sweetest voice. I could always talk to you and tell you anything. You were so funny and just the sweetest. I loved those puppy dog eyes. A Couple of years ago we were talking and you told me something your Mom said and it broke my heart. I thought you believed it. When we got off the phone I got mad and said I'm not talking to him any more and I didn't. That was the biggest mistake Bobby I could always talk to you. And now look you passed thinking I was mad at you and I'm so mad at myself how could I do that? I'm so sorry. I love you Bobby always have!

I was just a little girl when you came into our lives Bobby....I remember one time when i stayed the night at the house in Pomona me, Ode, Tracy and Elmer stayed up til 3 or 4 in the morning just so we could walk down the Alley to the Donut shop because the owner always gave us free Donuts. You asked us where we were going so we told you and you let us go as long as we brought you donuts back! Lol! Those were such fun times! Bobby, you have always been a gentle soul and so very nice to me my whole life and for that im so grateful! You will be missed so much! Im so glad you made my Cousin Gloria so happy all these years! I met Bobby when I was 16 he was 18. Soon after we became roommates. Those were the wild and crazy days and I can't share them here but I will share with Gloria. But I can say Bobby was always there when I needed some one to calm me down, someone to get me outta trouble, someone to have a crazy adventure with or someone just to stop by and have a smoke with. I regret that I didn't see Bobby and Gloria enough through the years as life got in the way. I will remember you Bobby forever.
