Born on September 28, 1940, in Chino, Trini lived a life defined by love, strength, and generosity. She was the steady presence her family could always count on. Whether through her wisdom, her warm encouragement, or her quiet but unwavering support during life’s hardest seasons.
Trini had a gift for making life beautiful in small but meaningful ways. She loved baking for her family, tending to her garden, and searching for treasures while antique shopping. In her later years, she enjoyed the senior activities hosted by the city, always finding joy in being part of her community.
Those who knew her best will remember her as loving, caring, giving, and wise. She was the kind of person who put others before herself, and she never missed an opportunity to remind her family how deeply she loved them.
As a grandmother and great-grandmother, Trini played an extraordinary role in shaping the lives of her family. Her guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love became the foundation that helped her loved ones grow stronger through every challenge. Her legacy of resilience and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
Trini is survived by her son Ronnie Hernandez and daughter-in-law Liz Hernandez; her grandchildren Felicia and Erica; and her great-grandchildren Jesse, Jacob, and Quinn. She was preceded in death by her husband Timothy Quinn; her parents Cecilio and Jovita Alcala; her brothers Charles, Julian, and Edward Alcala; and her sisters Rachel Alcala and Esperanza Moreno.
Her presence leaves a deep void in the lives of those who loved her, but her memory, her words, and the love she shared will remain forever.
