Vicente Tapia Lopez, 100, of Chino, passed away on August 12, 2011 at home. He was born April 5, 1911 in Michoacan, Mexico and resided in Chino for 85 years. Vicente worked in the farming industry for over 60 years. He is survived by his children Juanita, Salvador, Baltazar, Margarita, Angelita, Alicia, Melchor and Roberto. Vicente is also survived by 43 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren and over 20 great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by one son Rafael. A viewing will take place from 6:30 p.m to 9 p.m, Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Chino with rosary at 7 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m, Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the church.
