Vielmino F. Simoes, 50, of Ontario, passed away February 23, 2011 at Chino Valley Medical Center. He was born in the Azores, Portugal. Vielmino resided in Chino for 11 years prior to moving to Ontario, where he resided for the last 17 years. He was a truck driver for 10 years. Vielmino is survived by his daughter Cintya Arreola-Simoes of Chino; three siblings Aldegundes Freitas of Portugal, Lassalete Silva and Carla Lopez of Ontario; his wife Martha Simoes of Chino and step-son Juan Simoes. Viewing will be held from 4 p.m to 8 p.m, Tuesday, March 2, 2011 at Funeraria del Angel Pierce Bros Griffith in Chino with a rosary being at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be 11 a.m, Wednesday, March 3, 2011 at Oakdale Memorial Park in Glendora.
