Adam is survived by his father, Rafael "Rafa" Sandoval; mother, Monica Cervantes; brothers, Aidan and Aaron Sandoval; sister, Ava Sandoval; and grandparents, Ruben Cervantes, Flora Cervantes, and Norma Godoy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with a recitation of the rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Columba Catholic Church in Chowchilla, California. Burial followed at Chowchilla District Cemetery.
