Dwayne Edward Willet was born to his parents Wayne Orson and Frances Willet.

Dwayne is the proud father of 3 daughter's he leaves behind, Mellissa, Michelle, and Stephanie Willet. He also has 3 step children Ashley and Alexander and Aaron.

He also leaves behind his nephews Jordan and Jeremy Willet and many cousins and brothers.

Dwayne was preceded in death to his beloved wife Carol, his parents Wayne and Frances Willet

his grandparents, his niece Jaycee and brother Kevin Willet.
