Elvina was born on July 27, 1942 in Gordona, Italy to Fabio and Giulietta Balatti. On October 6, 1951 she was adopted by her Uncle and Aunt John and Teresa Biavaschi to work on the family dairy in El Nido, California.
On September 16, 1961, Elvina married the love of her life Marvin Blair. She enjoyed many years of working on the family dairy, making memories on her bowling league, camping, hunting and cooking for her family and friends.
Elvina is survived by her husband, Marvin Lee Blair, son Johnny Blair, her daughter Bonnie Boatman, granddaughter Teresa Stafford (Joe Stafford), grandson Wesley Hicks- Blair (Jenny Hicks-Blair) and 3 great grandchildren Brycee Blair, Mateo Blair and Alivia Blair. She also leaves behind her brothers Attilio and Emanuele Balatti, and her sisters Renata and Luciana Balatti. Elvina leaves behind many neices and nephews that she loved, and many other family and friends.
Elvina is preceeded in death by her parents Fabio and Giulietta Balatti, her Aunt and Unlce and her adopted parents John and Teresa Biavaschi, her grand daughter Bobbye Blair, her brothers Innocente, Octavio, and Ferdinando, sister Mari Balatti, her son in-law Donald Boatman Jr. and her daugter in-law Deanna Blair (Parker).
Elvina will truly be missed by all.
