Dear Bertie and family, we are still in disbelief at Mike’s passing. We had the honor and pleasure of having him in our lives for forty years. He was truly a genuine good man with no flaws except for falling asleep playing the drums at the Legion! We have such fond memories of Mike and Bertie and will never forget him. We love you Bertie and know that you are blessed with a tremendous family that will share their love and memories of Mike and be there for you forever.
We love you all. 😘😘😘😘

To the entire Red family,
I am still in shock, as we all are. Praying for you all daily. Mike was like family to us. I remember him going on trips with us when I was a kid. Great America, Reno, etc. He was often at our house growing up and even played Santa for us when we were little. I remember him playing drums in Mr C’s. back against the wall. I’m going to miss seeing him at church, YMI fish frys, Fresno State games, and just around town. I will miss his smile and kindness and having the sense and comfort of knowing how he cared for us when we were with him. It was special. We love you, Mike. Soar with the angels.

Bertie and family,
We were shocked and heartbroken to hear about Mike's passing. He was such a kind spirited man. Memories of him and his family go back to Red's Market. The grocery store had such a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed shopping there.

When I was a little girl we shopped at Red's Market. I loved going on there. His smiling face. His whole family was and is simply amazing. Such a kind and wonderful person. I never seen him mad. Just saddens me that he is gone. My condolences and prayers to his family and friends and it community. Chowchilla lost a great man.
