To my dearest friend, Tim. You will be always be missed in this household. My girls and I loved you, and we always spoke highly of you. You quickly became family to all of us here in Bakersfield. You were the best roommate, always so funny, full of jokes, and great advice. You were there for me when I was struggling with life. You always put a smile on our faces and it was always a pleasure having you come home for holidays or get-togethers long after you had moved out. My 3 girls and I, have been sad to hear of this news. We are still in shock, really. I just hope that your family has found peace with you being gone so soon. We All love you and miss you!  My condolences to your family.

Our family hearts will be forever broken by this unexpected loss. I am Uncle Tim's niece Stephanie. I love you Uncle Tim. Hugs and kisses to you in heaven.  My son Alexander and Uncle Tim had little joke they called each other fart knockers. Uncle Tim Alexander misses you a whole bunch.  Watch over my son and our family. You were kind soul and loving and thoughtful person. Loved by so many people. I just love you. Be our guardian angel. Rest in peace Uncle Tim.

All my condolences to the Phillips family. Ken and Loretta you are NOT supposed to outlive your children. I can only imagine your sorrow. To Tim's parents, siblings, son, nieces and nephews, and his friends no one can possibly now how you are feeling because each of your relationships with Tim was unique and personal. And each was the same. I had tear running down both cheeks. As I count my children's 10 toes and 10 fingers. And seen a perfect little baby. That I can am sure must of came from heaven. For us to love. Then came the day on February 8th, 2018. That my youngest son Tim. Had passed away. I had tear flowing down both cheeks. These was tears of grief and sorrow. This is the reason I can said man can cry. I am thankful I was given 50 years. To be with my son Timothy Phillips. Love Dad Will miss you and I know your in a better place.

I married into the Phillips Family in 1980, Tim was very young but even then He was a Gentle Soul. He always took the bad things in life and turned it into a humorous event; He could always make everyone at ease and bring laughter and happiness to everything. Timmy You are so very very much missed. I know in my heart that you are watching us from Heaven and I know in my heart that you are with those that have gone before you, We are going to be here for your Mom and Dad as long as they need us; I want you to know we are trying.
